Enrollment for each 12-month program is limited to 20 lawyers. As a member, you will be part of a small, curated group of lawyers who share a common vision: to grow their practices, build new relationships, and acquire skills and knowledge that enable long-term success.

You will be working independently to transform your practice (e.g., one-on-one coaching, strategic planning exercises), as well as collaborating with other members of the program (i.e., mastermind, online community). You should expect to devote at least five hours every month to various aspects of the program—a relatively small investment of time relative to the benefits you will realize.

Quadrant Two Academy is designed to get you results. To achieve results, you must be ready to work. This is not a passive program. As a member of Quadrant Two Academy, you will learn a great deal about what it takes to become an elite lawyer. You will learn even more about yourself: Are you committed to doing what it takes to achieve your goals? Are you ready to put the work in?

Acquiring more knowledge is of little benefit if you’re not putting what you learn into action. We will hold you accountable throughout the program, but you must hold yourself accountable, too—at least if you want to positively transform your legal practice. The only way your circumstances will change is if you start investing in yourself.
